- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought a lounge off the floor last year we were told the only issue was it was returned from previous owner due too soft seating !! Got in in writing .. When we got it home I was disgusted , in between all the seams in the lounge was DOG hair !!! And there was stitching coming undone also ... I'm still picking out the dog hair to this day ....NEVER again will I recommend this place to anyone or will I ever shop there . If your going to sell a SECOND hand lounge clean it first and also how long was it in the first owners house ? The area manager was rude and no one helped me !
